Paired with rich guacamole, it’s an explosion of flavor that leaves a lasting impression. And let’s not forget about the ranch dressing—hailed as one of the best around.
However, the star of the show might just be the brisket. “ Stupendous. First time visiting and had a great experience. Amazing food, family friendly, a really cool spot. As per usual I got the buffalo chicken sandwich and added guacamole. I rank buffalo chicken sandwiches across restaurants and this one is up there for Winston Salem. I also rank ranches across locations. This is undoubtedly one of the best ranches in Winston. ”

“ Wow. This brisket was unbelievably delicious. I ordered the bowl and my friend ordered the tray. I would definitely do the tray next time just to get the brisket in slices. The tray was good too. I ordered the Big Texan Tray to go for both my daughters it was so good. Well worth it!! Look at that Sunday price!! Wow ”
“ I'm a Texas girl who loves living in N.C. but I really miss BBQ brisket. Hunted this place down and was very pleased. The brisket is tender and the sauce is tangy. ”
“ I really enjoyed my food. We went on a Sunday for brunch. It is a little on the pricey side. There was a good amount of parking. I really enjoyed the child's menu options. ”
“ Walked into this place and right away felt like I was back home in TX in any number of bbq joints I have been to there. The feel was just like in a Texas hall style restaurant. Sausage texture reminded me of Kruez Market in TX. The brisket was amazing. Had pork and chicken which were both very good as well. The sides were good, especially the street corn salad. Since I'm partial to this style of bbq, I would consider this the best BBQ I have found in VA or North Carolina, and possibly the best I've had in this style outside of Tx. ”
“ It’s nice to have a BBQ spot that has an assortment of meats and not just pig. I will say that for the price, portion is a little lacking. Paid over 50 for a Brother&Sister 1/2 pound plate and 1/2 pound of burnt ends. I asked if I could mix the meats if I got the 1lb plate and was told no, so I had to get another item. If I was able to split meats it would have saved me 20. Order was ready pretty quick and everything had great taste. I personally feel that the burnt ends weren’t exactly true burnt ends but they had a great flavor and were still well prepared. Facility is really cool and there is a lot of indoor or outdoor seating options. They also have a bunch of games to choose from both outside and in. I would definitely go back but will probably try something else on the menu. ”
“ Absolutely delicious! I ordered breakfast to go and will return for dinner. I ordered the biscuit sandwich which came with tots and queso, beef empanadas with a verde crema, snickerdoodle cookie sandwich and ladybird grapefruit soda. The sandwich was tasty with a perfectly cooked runny egg. Cheesy gooey goodness. The only issue was the tough casing of the sausage but other than that it was very good with the queso. Don’t underestimate the verde crema with the empanadas, it’s packs a lot of flavor (no spice). They should add queso as a side with the verde sauce, they’re brilliant together. Grapefruit soda was so good and only 9 grams of sugar. Lastly, the snickerdoodle cookie Sammy was yummy. Customer service 10/10. I’m very satisfied. * I went back for dinner and everything was amazing. I ordered the Touchdown tray which included flautas, empanadas, and wings. You also get a tray of tortilla chips with guac, salsa, and queso. Their guac and salsa is so delicious. The queso is bueno. To top it off I ordered their frozen Shamrock margarita, it was perfect. I got their strawberry pudding, cookie sandwich and ladybird drinks to go. That pudding is 10/10 delicious. This may be my new favorite stop. Once again their customer service is top tier. They even have a cotton candy machine. ”
